can be trying on your family. Our design-build process streamlines
the project and can save you time and money without sacrificing

Our process is simple.
- Free Consultation: The main objective will be gathering
all pertinent information that you desire in the proposed
project so that we can design precisely. This assessment usually
takes at least an hour or more, depending on the size and
complexity of your project.
- Project Proposal: Our next visit is usually scheduled within
2 weeks. At this time, you will receive a design and estimate
of your completed project. Forté Residential will provide
a 1/8" scale sketch floor plan, and elevation drawing
along with a detailed proposal for the project.
- Project Implementation: We will finalize the contract and
begin to design/build your project. If a build contract is
signed, the design work is incorporated with the remodeling
job. Forté Residential will work closely with you to
design precisely the way you desire.
- Construction Phase: We have a weekly face-to-face meeting
to walk the job, answer questions, and discuss selection.
Most important of all, Forté Residential wants to educate
you the homeowner. We will not stop until the design reflects
your taste and the construction matches your original home.
